The other day, I was reflecting on the constant barrage of information that we deal with. And how easy it is sometimes to forget that hotels really only have two rather simplistic goals.
- Generate bookings
- Provide fantastic service
One can argue that this is over simplifying things. And that it is easier said than done. And that there is more to hotels and hospitality. This is true – of course there is more. However, simplifying things and working outwards from these two core areas can help hotels achieve real success.
